Are your photos guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee that your photo will be accepted. If in the unlikely event that your photo is rejected will we either retake it for no charge or offer you a full refund. Our passport photos are guaranteed to meet all the new electronic “ePassport” biometric requirements.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary but please check our hours of operation.
What should I wear?
Please do not wear a white shirt or top. The passport office requires that there be sufficient contrast between you and the white background. In addition, head coverings except those worn for religious reasons are not allowed. No hats, ball caps or sunglasses in the hair! Please also avoid large and reflective jewelry and earrings.
Can I wear my glasses?
We do not recommend that you wear eyeglasses for your passport photos. The passport office will reject a photo for the slightest reflection or glare, even on the frame or rim of your eyeglasses.
Do you take children’s passport photos?
Yes, we are family friendly! We take passport and visa photos of children and babies. Please allow extra time because taking photos of babies can be very challenging.
Can I get a digital photo and file for my US D-160 visa?
Yes, many of our locations are equipped to supply digital copies of passport and visa photos.
Can I get a visa photo for....?
We do more than just Canadian passport photos. We can take visas and passport photos for most countries and uses, and we keep up to-date specifications on hand. If you do have a form or photo specification, please bring it with you, so we can be sure to give you the right photo.
